Rod has over 38 years of experience within the industry, spending many of them in a business partnership, repairing and modifying containers and lifting equipment for major container companies.

Tony Mawdsley will be heavily involved in the Groups performance monitoring and analysis as well as the new business venture, Future Container Roofing, which was recently launched onto the market.

John Deegan has been with Boncon for over 6 years, and has over 43 years of experience within the industry.

Justin started with Boncon Group in 2013 as an apprentice. Justin was a nominee for the “Victorian Apprentice of the Year”. He is now a qualified Boilermaker.

Marcus is our youngest fully qualified technician, having completed his apprenticeship with Boncon. Marcus thrives for excellence and wants to make his mark within the Boncon Team.

Gus is fairly new to the team and brings a wealth of experience from working on Truck Trailers and all the associated welding these items require

The most recent addition to our team, Jimmy has worked as a welder in many different parts of the Asia Pacific region with a career that spans 20 years.
